Rivers Governor Wike says PDP will return to power in 2019

According to the daily premium Times, Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike announced that come 2019 PDP will return in power adding that the party is re-organising itself for the challeged ahead.

He also said "the PDP will return to the seat of power at the Federal level by 2019. This congress is part of the process of re-positioning the party".

Governor Wike also assured the Rivers State people that his administration will deliver as he promised during the campaign.

Wike also said “This administration will showcase our superlative performance in the last one year between May 23 and May 29. The people will know first-hand the quality projects we have executed.”
